By accessing and using RingChef AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.
Service Description
RingChef AI provides AI-powered phone answering services for restaurants, including:
- • Automated call answering and customer service
- • Order taking and reservation management
- • Integration with POS systems and restaurant management tools
- • Call analytics and performance reporting
- • Custom voice training and configuration services
Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- • Ensuring your contact information remains current
Service Availability and Performance
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be scheduled during low-usage periods when possible, with advance notice provided.

Billing and Payment Terms
Subscription Fees
- • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance

- • All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial service activation. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Payment Requirements
- • Valid payment method must be maintained on file
- • Automatic billing continues until service is cancelled
- • Failed payments may result in service suspension
- • Late fees may apply to overdue accounts
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our service to:
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- • Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent content
- • Impersonate others or provide false information
- • Interfere with or disrupt our service operations
- • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
- • Use the service for any illegal business activities
Data Ownership and Usage Rights

You retain ownership of your restaurant data, customer information, and call content. We process this data solely to provide our services.
Our Rights
We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement, AI training, and analytics, provided it cannot be traced back to individual customers or restaurants.
Service Modifications and Termination
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service with 30 days' notice for material changes.
Account Termination
- • You may cancel your account at any time with 30 days' notice
- • We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
- • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
- • Outstanding balances remain due after termination
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of our service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for injunctive relief which may be sought in court.

Changes to Terms
